Homestyle Fish Cakes
Whether you were raised on fish cakes, as we were, or you are looking to try something new, you really cannot beat our homemade version. Boasting a high fish to potato ratio, these popular cakes are shaped by hand and pressed with a tin can. Yes, you read that right! Our customers have begged us to keep the homemade look and taste and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Serve these tasty fish cakes, made with salt cod and pollock, in a traditional manner with baked beans and green tomato chow chow or amp them up a notch with salsa. Either way, enjoy this iconic comfort food.
