Pan Fried Annand Fish Cakes
6 Frozen Annand Fish Cakes
¼ cup (57 g) ADL Salted Butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) Canola oil
- Heat a cast iron pan or thick bottomed non-stick pan over high heat for 4 minutes. Add butter and Canola oil. Continue to heat until butter is completely melted. Add frozen Fish Cakes to pan. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Using a spatula, turn Fish Cakes over and reduce heat to medium. Continue to cook until Fish Cakes are heated through – approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with mustard pickles or green tomato chow. Enjoy!
