Shallow Fried Annand Breaded Bar Clams
1 lb (454 g) bag Frozen Annand Breaded Bar Clams
½ cup (118 ml) Canola oil
½ fresh lemon
- Preheat a high sided non-stick fry pan for 2 minutes over high heat. Add Canola oil. Continue to heat for 30 seconds. Add Bar Clams to oil. Reduce heat to medium-high. Fry Clams for 4 minutes. Turn Clams and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat. With a slotted spoon, remove Clams and place on a plate or bowl lined with paper towel. Squeeze juice of a ½ fresh lemon over Clams. Serve with cocktail or tartar sauce. Enjoy!
